Dental Assisting/Radiography
Train for a Chair-Side Role in Dental Care
Join a growing industry with foundational training for dental assistants in clinical and radiographic procedures.
This program equips students with the technical and clinical skills needed for a dental office setting. Learn dental anatomy, terminology, infection control, sterilization, dental specialties, and laboratory procedures. The course includes a 7-hour radiographer training to begin your path toward state certification, as well as CPR, First Aid, and a 24-hour unpaid internship. Students must begin the Hepatitis B vaccination series before enrolling.
With expanding access to dental care in Ohio, trained dental assistants are vital to supporting efficient clinical operations.

Emergency Medical Technician

Train for an essential role in emergency response and Ohio’s public safety workforce.
Our 150-hour EMT program follows Ohio EMS educational standards and prepares students for certification. Designed for service in ambulance and fire departments, this program includes classroom learning and 20 hours of clinical experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, and meet state eligibility requirements. Accreditation #119.
Ohio relies on certified EMTs to staff its emergency response teams, making this role critical to community health and safety.

Phlebotomy Technician
Train for a Career in Clinical Laboratory Services
Learn the skills to work in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs across Ohio’s healthcare system.
This program includes 100 hours of classroom instruction and 100 hours of supervised clinical externship. Students practice blood collection and venipuncture on peers and volunteers in a safe, hands-on environment. Graduates are eligible to take the NHA national certification exam and pursue entry-level roles in phlebotomy.
As healthcare systems grow across Ohio, phlebotomists are in high demand to support diagnostic testing and patient care services.
