CNC Operations & CAD/CAM Programming
Precision Training for Ohio’s Advanced Manufacturing Sector

Prepare for careers in CNC machining, mold making, and tool & die with hands-on, employer-aligned instruction.

This 300-hour program blends technical training and CAD/CAM programming with real-world machining practices. Students will learn CNC setup, operations, and software fundamentals while preparing to earn the NIMS CNC Mill Operations credential. Aligned with local employer needs through the Lorain County Manufacturing Sector Partnership.

With thousands of unfilled jobs in Ohio, CNC technicians are essential to the future of modern manufacturing.

Start with welding fundamentals and advance your skills with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding across all positions. Learn safe operation, metal fusion, equipment setup, and electrode selection. With instructor approval, you’ll have the opportunity to earn AWS certification—preparing you for immediate job placement in Ohio’s booming fabrication sector.

Welders are in high demand across manufacturing, construction, and repair industries statewide.
